Bunnings Manukau. Collective contract with Cook Brothers Construction. Innovative Roofing were tasked with replacing a portion of the main roof due to leaks and a full new roof, cladding, gutters for the garden nursery.

This roofing project was for Expol in Onehunga, Auckland. We completed a full Re-roof in Metalcraft MC760 profile in zinc, including topglass ultrasafe translucent sheets.

We were contracted by to replace the wall cladding at a commercial location in Airport Oaks, Mangere. The cladding was a Dimond DP955 profile in Titania colour.

For this roofing installation at Onpoint apartments in Pt Chev in Auckland, we did a contemporary NZ Colorsteel profile in Kaha with grey friars. Completed in 2022.

For this roofing project located in Pt Chev, Auckland we installed NZ Colorsteel Endura 55 to the main house roof. The Zincalume® steel substrates give improved corrosion resistance in most environments (particularly coastal), when compared to the performance of galvanised steel.
